Job Description:
We are seeking driven and motivated Freelance Real Estate Sales Agents from South Asia to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for results-driven professionals who are skilled at closing deals and passionate about real estate sales. As a freelancer with our company, you will be provided with the leads and tools necessary to succeed, and your earning potential will directly reflect your results.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up on leads provided by our company to negotiate and close real estate deals.
Understand the needs and financial abilities of clients to propose solutions that suit them.
Present properties and provided amenities in a persuasive manner to increase chances of a sale.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and honest deal.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and can effectively manage time and resources.
Fluent in English and local languages pertinent to the South Asian market.
A high level of personal motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience.
Familiarity with basic real estate principles and procedures preferred.
Own a laptop/computer with a stable internet connection for remote work.
Compensation:
100% commission-based payment structure. Earn lucrative commissions on each deal closed, with no cap on potential earnings.
