Home Renovation: 2nd Story Addition and amending current floor plans

I'm seeking an architect with experience in home renovation to assist in developing detailed plans for adding a second story to my home. This project is motivated by the desire to increase living space for my family.

Key Requirements:

- Create architectural plans for the second story that adhere to local regulations and my vision for the new space.

- Develop 3D walkthroughs or renderings that give me a clear sense of the design and layout.

- Provide professional recommendations on best practices for the addition and any additional features that may maximize the value and utility of the new space.

Ideal candidates for this project will have a strong background in both residential architecture and home renovation. Experience in creating plans for second story additions and a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of modern living space design will be highly valued. Effective communication skills and the ability to translate my needs into a concrete and practical design are essential.

I am looking to see what turning my ranch home into a colonial would look like.

My current home is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom on the main floor.

We finished the basement and there is another half bathroom.

I would like the 2nd floor to have a master suite, 2 bathrooms with another bathroom.

I am not looking for anything super modern.
