Zapier style integration

I have a google sheet with 3 questions in it. The questions are for my WP Real estate website. The questions are Budget, suburb and how many bedrooms.
We need to locate the listings that are in the web site and then send an email to the customers with the link of the pages that suit those 3 answers. I have found a software similar to Zapie [login to view URL] this can get the linking done.I now need someone who can put it together for me. Interested?
