wordpress change 404 default page template for non exist page or url

when there is url page dont exist in website then its show a 404 page template

but i want that is that non exist url have special parent like suppose it is "custom" then it will show different page template for non exist url

example

suppose there are two url

[login to view URL]

[login to view URL]

both are no exist exsit url show it is showing 404 page but i want that for [login to view URL] this url it show different page template rathern then 404

and [login to view URL] it will 404 page because it dont exist custome page template
