I need a talented designer to make a web based software that can make a program to identify several things from an xray picture:
1) radiolucent areas on the xray
2) measurement and a graphical depiction of a way to show between two points of reference on the picture
3) allow the user to make their own account/password and they have to pay a monthly fee to use the software
4) allow user to create different patients and store it on the computer
5) allow user to print out the picture with graphical depictions
