Web based simple (vector) graphics software running in cloud

STAGE 1:

I want to have a simple software developed which would run on my website for my clients to use. The software should run on my website (cloud). It does not require anything to be saved (only 1 field saved with 2 to 4 different values). Everything runs and all data erased once user logs out.

Example 1) You can sign up for free on [url removed, login to view] and try it. This is a company that offers exactly same as what I want to do. Its simple stuff, no rocket science.

Example 2) Another similar site is [url removed, login to view] and you can check out a product called Arkeo Panel. You could request the company for free trial. However this is a desktop application but I want a web based (cloud based) application just like example 1.

STAGE 2:

This part is bit more complicated. If everything works good then I would like to take this project to stage 2. Which would involve the user to be able to load a DXF file from computer with outline instead of manual inputs. And software should recognize the outline and perform same actions as stage 1 but with the outline (profile) as input and graphics should show that.

Note that outlines at times could be complicated. So the software will need good algorithms to be able to maximize panel utilization based on outlines. Run the free account on [url removed, login to view] to understand what this means.

I have attached 3 pictures as examples of what I mean by complicated outlines.

At presenting your bid please note that at this time this project is simply at quotation stage. I have no idea how much it cost so I am posting it to get quotes first. Based on that we will decide if we want to proceed or not as this is a startup company and has limited funds for now. This project may not take off at the moment depending on the cost involve.
