Social network needs some networking

Have a current networking site that\\\'s unfinished , user profile is missing the key modules that make it a networking site: User Relationships, Search, Messaging and News feed.\r\n\r\nProfile pages differentiate from free (basic) to paid users (add-on\\\'s) looking to add QR code generator module to profile page as a add-on more detail will be issued later, back-end of site is fully development may need to be updated.\r\n\r\nA total re-design of landing page and user profile page is needed, I current have a drupal template in mind. \r\n\r\nMust have at least 2 years of dedicated experience of Drupal.
