I want a similar UBER APP, with different car categiroes, price varies from every category, and its based on time, distance and base price for example the base price is $35 the price by minute is $1.40 and price by km is $3.40 in some hours the price can change, from 11 pm to 6 am the price will be x1.5

Admin

Partner
Driver
User
The partner can have 1 car or more and he can drive or cmay drive or may not drive, the drivers dont have cars, but they are vinculated with 1 partner and can choose what car drive from the partner cars.
User can tip drivers.
All must be in Spanish and mexicna peso as currency.

Priority for some cars
the comission is by porcentage and fixed amount or both. for example i can choose that from all the travel the comission will be the 20% or 20 mexican pesos or 15% and 5 mexican pesos
