I'm looking for a skilled web developer to create a real estate website that primarily focuses on residential properties. The website needs to have a clean, professional design and must feature:
- Property Listing Pages: Where visitors can browse through the available residential properties. The listings should be easy to navigate and provide comprehensive information about each property.
- Contact Form for Inquiries: A simple and intuitive contact form that allows potential buyers/renters to get in touch with us regarding the properties they're interested in. This form should be easily accessible and should have fields for the user to input their name, email, and message.
- User Alerts: I want users to have the option of setting up alerts for new property listings. These alerts should be configurable based on specific criteria like location and price. The feature should be user-friendly and should help them stay informed about newly available properties that match their preferences.
