Opencart 3.0.2.0 Changes

We have a few minor changes that we'd like to make to our opencart dev store, see below -
1. Fix urls - the product and information page urls are displaying a 404 error. These need to be SEO friendly urls too
2. Change the layout so that the left column on the homepage uses class 'col-sm-4' and on all the other left column pages, it should use the class 'col-sm-3'. On the homepage, the main content will need to be col-sm-8
3. Setup the shipping rules - The shipping rules by weight band for the new site are attached. This is for Royal Mail 24 Signed for in UK, Royal Mail international tracked and signed up to 2Kg international, and UPS/DHL over 2Kg.
