Gumtree automatic posting of ads script.

'm looking for someone capable of writing a php script to be run at scheduled times that uploads ads to gumtree.
The aim of the will be to upload an advert to [login to view URL] by me running the script.
The advert will have:
One URL
Some text
One image
Youtube URL
That's it. This must be a php script, not a windows executable. Prefrably all of the info i need for an ad can be contained in the text file rather than in a database.
I will pay $60 for this.
