## List of customization required for Airfinch Script
1. Languages :
change the theme to the (Arabic) RLT as default and option for English language.
2. Registration and login :
Registration:
Use mobile number must be verified by a code- + (e-mail:optional)+password
Login:
Use (mobile number OR e-mail)+password
##we will provide the gateway api for sms provider
3. Search :
A dropped list of areas available .
4. List your space page>>City :
A dropped list of areas available .
5. Pricing :
Give the host an option to set weekly,monthly, and 3 months price (refer to image attached) .
6. Payments:
Bank account transfer (offline payment).
The site will use two different payment method :
1) Online local banking - (To be integrated by our team) **NOT REQUIRED - .
2) Bank transfer - Where the customer can get out bank accounts details and verify the payment by uploading transaction document or transfer details .
Note: No paypal payment and No ZIP code required.
7. Revenue Factor :
The website will charge two commissions :
1) A fixed confirmation fee from gust (can be adjusted from the admin panel).
2) A percentage from the booking price (paid also by the gust and detected from the total , this percentage can be adjusted from the admin panel)
For example :
(Assumed the confirmation fees set to 10$ and the percentage to 10%)
If a gust want to book a 150$ apartment for 3 days , he will :
1) Make a request for this booking ,and wait for the host reply.
2) If the host accepted, the guest will be issued an invoice with this details :
Booking fees : 150*3 nights = 450$
Conformation fees = 10$
Must pay now = 55$
To be paid later to the host = 405$
8. The ability to enable/disable instant booking feature for certain home types .
