Fix issues in a Booking Calculator

We have a booking calculator on our website that is build for us, but it has some issues.
When customer orders and choose main option and then an extra option, if they only choose ONE of the extra option, it does not follow in the admin confirmation email, but if the customers chooses two or more extra options then they show up in confirmation email. This has to be fixed!
