easy php job

I have sliced a psd file in 3 parts ( header / center / footer ) these are all html files. I've understood that it's real easy to convert them to php files.

So what I basically need is 4 files.

and 1 file which includes them all. Why all ?

Because the center part is controlled by a cms.
