I need to create a table - where users can add rows.
There will 12 user and 1 admin. every user have theese privilages:
1) user can add new row to table
2) user can edit own row
3) user can see every row but can edit only own rows.
4) when user edit own row - admin must approve it for changing. if admin will not approve - there it will not changed, but user can add new row without admin`s approving.
admin privilages:
1) can add row
2) can edit everything in any row
3) approve users changes
4) delete rows.
in table must be this columns:
1) Row`s number (must be added automatically)
2) Text area
3) Username (will add automatically)
4) Time (when user add this row)
5) Time (when user edit something in row - if there were any changes of course)
6) text area
7) check / uncheck button, if make it (+) so background color of row will be changed to red.
