I need a billing website with a student portal.

I need to build is such that students can come and login to see their classes done and how many hours they did a particular class for. Every class or exam or stuff would have its separate rates and the final payment of all summarized should be shown to the student in his Dashboard. Payment Gateway should come integrated. Also it should come with an admin panel where I can see my student and teachers with details. Notify students and send them invoices with all the data entered by the admin(hours, rates subjects) with a pay now option. Other pages like about us and contact us have to designed as well.
