API needed to connect WordPress and Woo Commerce to a supplier system for easy data interchange

We are trying to connect to a suppliers system so we can upload and download product data, place orders directly onto supplier system and allow for personalised product creation and upload to suppliers system. Essentially it will be an API to allow for data interchange. This will be a try it and see how it works and then change, add, modify parts to make it fit and allow for smooth data interchange. I have a spec of what we require but this will need to be written and tested to make sure it all works. The first phase will be to introduce a custom product personalisation software. Then as this is embedded and working we will look to introduce a complete Order Management System (OMS). If you have done something similar in the past then please let me see the work you have done. Please note I am not looking for web designer etc. This is for someone who understands API's how to create them and can grasp the hooks in the suppliers system to make it all work. I you feel you know and understand then please message us so we can share the API information. The first phase is to integrate the product customisation software. So we are looking for someone who can write an API for Woocommerce. we will provide the link information that you will require to write this plug in.
