I have a design for a mod menu that will need to be used in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online for Xbox 360. The menu needs to be finished in an XEX file. Whoever takes on the project will have to know how to take in-game animations, characters, outfits, and various props/animals and put them into my menu design. Whoever takes it on will also have to know how to know how to do tests to online players such as rank up online players, make online players do different animations, teleport online players to various locations, etc. There is a file attached that gives a little bit of information regarding how the menu system will work. More detailed information will be given.
