supplier stock and order integration into OS commerce - repost

Fancy dress website integration with supplier.
The majority of this work has been done by another developer, but due to other factors they cannot complete the integration with suppliers stock and order info etc.
when the system is in developer mode the processes complete fine, but when changed to the live servers orders are not received by supplier and no updates are received to the website. Below is from original project post.
Website is OS Commerce and i require integration with my website so that stock information, quantities etc is updated with an xml feed from the supplier which is fetched from their site and possibly having it run via a cron job to update automatically (other suggestions welcome)
when a customer places an order an xml is to be generated and sent to the supplier for processing and order updates from the supplier are available for the customer to see as well as within admin area.
i have attached the webservice info from the suppliers for further details
i will also have other suppliers at a later date so only orders from this supplier are to be sent via the xml feed etc. other suppliers will be processed manually.
please advise if further info is required

R u saying? Stock update script from supplier to store and order xml send to supplier is also done in development but its not working in live site?? OR we need to code that?
