Basic Website for Company [ Joomla Preferred ]

I need someone to create my company's website. Currently we don't carry one and need to develop one soon and fast. We want this site to be easy to manage therefore want to rely on a CMS (such as Joomla) to host it. We wish for the website to fall closely in line with other professional websites (such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]). The job would entail the follow steps: - Creating sample screenshot templates to choose between for the site (at least 2) - Deployment of Joomla to our current hosting (Lunarpages seamlessly supports this via their Fantastico service) - Creating the Joomla template to follow the chosen template from earlier - Incorporating information from our PDF brochure (creating sections accordingly) to populate the content from the brochure on the site - Attending to minor tweaks and fixes in terms of design. - A very basic search facility for the site as well. The site must be easy to manage (which is our primary motive to use Joomla) as managers will be changing content over time. It is highly preferred that the bidding party have worked Joomla before and has a good sense of professional website aesthetics and design. Selected bidder will receive the brochure and the appropriate credentials to perform the task successfully. Solid past work will certainly provide a big upper hand. We hope to advertise this site in a coming brochure so hope to have this task completed very soon.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
