We would like a custom wordpress plugin that will allow us to group posts together from categories to create this type of blog navigation. (Click "Next" or "Previous" button to see desired result). We would like the freelancer we choose to integrate this into our current wordpress theme but we would like it to work should we change themes. This also means we want css styling work done in addition to the functional php. We also need this to be very user friendly so the wordpress admin having to put in shortcodes is a no go.
