Automated invalid/temp file deletion utility

This program is an interface for deleting invalid or malicious files from a hard drive.

The application needs to be able to delete all files from the various temp directories of 9x and XP

The application needs to be able to list all files and directories in the \windows, \system, \downloaded program files, and \system32 directories created within a variable amount of time (sort by date and show files created in the last "x" number of months)

List all files in the noted directories that do not have a valid extension (files that have no default application)

The application should have the ability to find filenames and directories contained in a predetermined text based list

The application should be able to add filenames and directories to a new list in the root directory through a drag and drop interface

The application should give a check box to choose various/all for deletion

The application should be able to add filenames and directories to a new list through a drag and drop interface.

The application should then be able to delete all files selected for deletion.

Undeletable files should be delete upon next reboot of the computer.

The program must be able to be run from a CD.

The interface should be resizable and contain a company logo.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
