Auto Url And Description Submiter

I need a program that can do the following things.

1. I want it to be able to fill in a form on a site and click the submit button, dump, etc.

2. I want it to be able to fill in all the required fields that there may be on each from.

3. I want it to be able to tell which fields are need when it goes to the site without my help.

4. I want it to have a database of sites that it will run through and submit the link to.

5. I want to have it show a log of which submits where sucessful and which weren't.

6. If the site I am submiting to needs a code or password to submit it will be put into a different category in the database and have the option to open a window to fill in the code or password.

I can give you a list of sites it needs to be able to work for. I would like to be able to add new sites to the list after it is done though.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
