Hello,
we are looking for an experienced WordPress theme supporter for our theme shop who could help with the questions/theme issues of our 2 premium wp themes and provide technical support for our customers. We are currently getting about 1-2 new threads a day and about 5 questions a day, so the work can take about 1-2 hours average a day. We don't require theme customization services, only technical support like changing colors, background, fonts through CSS,suggestions on fixing bugs with PHP, Javascripts, CSS, theme installation issues, etc. The supporter must answer to every single question and provide a solution in the first answer - if possible. Also must answer more times a day to question in one topic - if required. Also must works on weekends. The supporter must be polite, reliable, patient with newbies and must have a passion for this work!
