the project is to create an e market place for the growing sri lankan e market for the people to buy and sell their belongings freely without going through conventional advertising route. The web site has to be very much like GUM TREE. It should have the option to select the language as sri lanka has three main languages namely Sinhala, Tamil And English. It should also have the following options. 1. To select the region Sri Lanka has 22 districts
2, To select the item
The sellers have to pay a small fee to register. They could buy a monthly ,quarterly,half year or full year membership within which period they can sell any amount of items.
The website does not take any responsibility of a sale as it is up to the buyer and the seller but will be able to take action if a seller found to be a bogus one
the contract between the sellers will be written according to the sri lankan law.
