Presentation conversion to Excel(97) 2000

This is a simple project to someone who knows Excel well. I need to convert a pdf(doc),eBook presentation to Excel. The major goal of the project is to hide the calculation and formulas for legal reason. Any table or calculation shown in the presentation should be presented in Excel as a spread-sheet with the macro hidden. Little programming may be involved for one calculation. All calcs. and formulas are provided as well as the sources of the presentation. Some of the sheets will be cut and paste but I like some interactivity(buttons) in some. I need more of an artist/designer than programmer as I will leave some design decisions and presentation matters that fit excel better up to you. Calculation sheets are as follows; 1) Volatility Intro - ATR calc. 2) Risk determination and Units 3) ADX calculation 4) Futures contract sizes and tick size There is a need of a couple of pictures and a logo to be included. I like this done in a a couple of weeks.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
