Fix sockets problem on VB6

I have a little program which is installed as a Windows service and access to our website and downloads a file.
This project has only a few modules and classes, so Sockets are implemented using a Visual Basic 6 class, not using Winsock control.
Actually, the downloaded starts, but it download just first block and then stops without ending to download the entire file.
Your job: just to locate the error and what to modify to solve this (I'm sure it will be a very very little modification).
I will give the source code only to the coder who wins this bid.
