Exam evaluation System using OCR(Optical Character Recognisation) technology

We are looking for multiple answer exam evaluation system using OCR (optical Character recognition) technology. Features of the system are following;

1>A software in VB or respective to recon answer darken on multiple choice answer sheet for about 50-100 questions with ability to recon if more than one circle is darken or if circle is not properly darken which should be considered as wrong answers.

2>A database interface in SQL with user authentication to store correct answers for matching.

3>Comparing this with database to get marks scored by the candidate, no of correct answers and wrong answers and if he is pass or fail with ability to generate a printed report of every candidate as well as all candidates appearing for exam.

4>Barcode software integrated in above to generate a barcode encoding random unique number for every candidate once the candidate's details like name, serial number, exam center number, date of exam blackened by candidate are read in the system with ability to print that barcode on paper.

We also require complete source code of the project with NDA signed by the coder. For any doubts in above description feel free to contact me.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

We think Visual Basics, VB.NET should be fine for this project with SQL as a database. However coders are free to give their suggestions if this can be done in any other platform with highest efficiency.
