Tutoring on Machine Translation in PROLOG

Hello,

Please check the project specification I have to deliver until 31th May. It is about? implementing a machine translation system in prolog. I am? NOT looking for somebody who will do the job instead of me (The final implementation of the project will be my original work), but a good prolog programmer who is proficient in machine translation issues and who will be tutoing me during the project implementation. I already have a good background of theory and some prolog practice. But the thing is I am overloaded and do not have enough time to invent the wheel again and again. I just need somebody who will answer my questions and provide me sample source code (even 5-6 lines would do the job if selected carfeully)? to speed up the process.

S/he is not also required to know the? source language which is Turkish.?

I envisage around a total working hour of 8-9 hours if the coder knows the topic well. But I do plan to work with the coder until the project deadline which 31th May as mentioned. So, instead of an offer that accouts? for the whole work which is unpredictable, I can work with coders who will charge on a question basis. I can ask the question, the coder may charge the question and I can send the bonus after I get the answer. I am open to other payment suggestions.

The current problem I am facing is below:

I am planning to implement a transfer system which will simpley parse Turkish sentences and create a parse tree, then it will transfer this tree into an English parse tree, and a constructor module which generate a proper English sentence from this tree.

Morphological analysis is not needed, the suffixes are given as a list. But I need to extract the person, number and tense features from the list of suffixes and carry them over the parse tree to the English parse tree in order to be able to produce a proper English sentence. Unfortunately I couldn't do that. I attach bothe specification and the short code that I wrote for a starting point.

Please read the deliverables section in order to avoid any misunderstandings. And I want to repeat, I am planning to implement the whole project myself, I just need somebody to consult with implementation problems, I'd be glad if you take this into consideration while placing your offers, that would save both your and my time.

## Deliverables

0) Explanatory answers and sample source codes (if needed or requested) to the already given questions above and to any additional questions that may arise naturally from the discourse of the tutoring. (Natural extensions of the given questions or new problems encountered while implementing the adviced methods)

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
