Original Site (PAYPAL SHOP) Need An Expert!

Welcome once again Coders!!! I resubmitting this bid request because I didn't feel I got the responses I was looking for last time.

I have a new project that I need YOUR assistance with...

I am in need of developing a new and original site. This site will allow users to create online shops (payments via paypal) in which I host for nominal fees per month. There are going to be three brackets... SMALL SHOP, BASIC SHOP, and ADVANCED SHOP. A list of what each shop will consist of for the seller can be found here: <[login to view URL]>

This script will be fairly complex (in my opinion) but should probably not be too dificult for most of you.

SEE BELOW (in Deliverables) for the rest of what I need...

## Deliverables

First off lets tackle the users shops... here's a list of SOME of the things I need...

1. CSS Color Chaning compatability where the user can define what color he would like his template (see "Color Schemes" on the compare site) I will provide the graphics and desired colors for all 15 colors.

2. A "Zen-Cart"/"OSCommerce" type feel for the backend for the users where they can add products, categories, etc. I need it to be VERY user-friendly. Again see the [login to view URL] site to see which shops receive which features.

How I imagine it working is that a buyer will choose which items he wants from that seller, and everything will be handled through my site, and the final purchase process will be pushed to paypal for finalization.

3. Seller stats for the sellers whose accounts apply. The seller stats will allow them to keep track of what they have sold... how many, dates/times sold, buyer e-mail/info, monthly break-downs, yearly break-downs, etc.

4. Need the ability for the seller to be able to change his color schemes, prices, categories, items, logo implimentation, background images, etc. at will with their admin backend.

Logo implimentation will have restrictions for example... Can not be any wider that 300 px wide and 175 px tall. I need the script to automatically adjust their logo accordinly with GD or something so their logo is not disformed, but again will not allow their logo to go past those maximum limits.

5. Upload pictures for individual items. Also, where applies, need the ability to have "Zoom-In" pictures for their items like found with most Shopping Cart scripts.

6. Simple Tell-A-Friend feature to be implimented accordingly

7. **ITEM Features** This would allow those who have this on their account to add easy dropdown features to their items. For example a shirts "SIZE" "COLOR" and "STYLE". This feature would be able to be customized by the seller. They can create their own dropdowns aside from the basics we will already have created for them. They can save this in their account manager. For example, we will have "sizes", "colors", "etc." already available, but if they wanted to create a dropdown addition like "phrase on shirt" they could easily do so and apply it to individual items. Take a look at "Zen-Cart" for a good example of how this works, I just don't need it that complex. If users are on lower end plan, they will have just a notebox where the buyer can type in what they would like as far as the features.

8. Ability to create categories for the shop frontend for the Advanced Shop

9. A contact form page where buyers can easily contact the seller for pre-purchase questions or whatever. Again, applied accordingly.

10. Upon setting up their store, they can choose what category they would like to be setup under for the main site category listing.

11. Some kind of shipping & handling fee controller for the sellers. Maybe make the shipping fee added to the price of each item accordingly upon checkout. Again, everything needs to basically be handled through my site as far as adding to the Shopping Cart and stuff, but then the final checkout is processed with PayPal with each item broken down in a list as if it were a regular PayPal checkout.

12. A welcome message input for the sellers to have on their main page.

Other features for the site:

1. Need a "Category" section on the front page where new people visiting the site can easily browse through sellers stores.

2. All payments will be handled through paypal. The monthly subscriptions, the setup fees and everything else will be handled through my PayPal account, but their selling items and whatnot will be handled through THEIR paypal account.

3. Shops need to be setup under the new sellers "username" . For example: [[login to view URL]][1] . All of this needs to be automatically generated obviously. I want to try and keep myself from having to do anything.

4. The ability for a user to UPGRADE, DOWNGRADE, or CANCEL at anytime!

5. Simple banner rotation script added that I can have rotating on everyones site that had banner ads applied. Nothing special, just something I can upload and link and track from My Master admin section.

6. If a user "CANCELS" their account, they are still in my system, so that they could come back at any point in the future and reopen their store.

7. Obviously need the script/site to be as SECURE AS POSSIBLE.

8. Also need some ideas and input on how to word and create the terms and conditions that pushes all responsibility for the sale on the actual seller for the cases of "returns" and other things.

Master Admin Section Features Needed:

1. Ability to have a "mass mailer" to where I can e-mail all my sellers at once and let them know of any updates.

2. Master sales tracker to show me how much is being sold by each seller. Again, yearly and monthly break-downs are needed.

3. Ability to delete/suspend any given user for whatever reason.

4. The ability to login to a specific account and change anything I need to, like if someone used a pornographic picture for their item.

5. A simple thing that states how many users I have this month, how many were added last month, how many cancelled last month and this month, how many upgraded and downgraded and what they went from and to

6. If possible, the ability to setup special "SubDomains" for the Advanced sellers. I have unlimited subdomains on my hosting account, so basically [[login to view URL]][2] could have a subdomain [login to view URL] auto direct to [[login to view URL]][2] if they were part of the Advanced Shop.

Other notes/features:

If a customer downgrades their plan, all items will be wiped EXCEPT the first x amount of items that were created originally that correspond with the limit they have with the new plan. In other words.. if someone was under the UNLIMITED items plan, and they dowgraded to the 25 items plan, only the first 25 items they placed in their shop would stay, all others would wipe out from the system. I would need a javascript popup explaining that before they submitted.

This script should be real easy for a coder who is familiar with creating shopping cart scripts, user sites, and is fluent in how PayPal works.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
