Autoresponder Bug Fix

I have a system (online / web) which inlcudes full autoresponder script.

If I create a series of email messages for the autoresponder to send out over a period, a problem occurs with sending the same message over and over again each day.

Example

Autoreponder has 5 messages.

Day 0 (immediate) = Message 1

Day 1 = Message 2

Day 2 = Message 3

Day 3 = Message 4

and so on......

If someone subscribes to the autoreponder series, they will instantly receive the first message.

However, on the next day, they will receive the next message multiple times (10 - 20 times, same message)

On each subsequent day, they recieve the corcret message for that day, but they get it time and time again.

This only happens AFTER the first (immediate) message.

This script DOES work, I have had it working previously but since I had it reinstalled, I cannot get it to work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Perl / CGI script hosted on Linux server with MySQL database.

The problem lies within a .cgi script.

Please ensure you are experience in CGI.
