I have nearly 40,000 products on my magento , and my website is loading slow , specially when i view category products extra, i have tried using magento flat catlog & products, but when i turn flat catlog the category page are not loading, so i need this to be fixed, use magento flat catlog for catlog and products. Home page load less then 4 - 5 sec, but when i search a product or browse product its taking times nearly 10 sec - 20sec to load a page. need the magento to load fast and read and write data extra..
Make my magento to load fast and respond fast. ( I have a good dedicated server with 128gb ram on it, so its surly good server) , i need a person to install and modify anything that needed for to make my website to load fast.
Use magento flat category , flat product also, when i turn on flat catlog the website is not working, so i just want my website to load fast extra. Thank you

I am using dedicated server, so if theirs anything you need to run on server you need to give me the commands and i will do that due to this is a company server and i can't give the SSH access .
