Make some changes in the header file of a Megento site

Hi, I would like to "CENTER" the logo (at present it is on the left side) and make it "BIGGER" in size and also move the "Account | Wishlist | Log In | Signup and Cart" to appear Above the Logo and to the right side. You just give me the necessary code and i will do the upload. The theme on my magento site is Responsive so logo must also change as per the width of the screen.
