need a modern web 2.0 website that does the following:
Users can upload videos
1 User can then "challenge" another user to which video is better. There are several ways to do this, such as have both videos on the same page. Then, visitors must be able to vote on which video is better. Voting will go for a set period of time, and then there will be a "winner" with the most votes.
Each time someone wins, that win should be posted on their profile (such as "X" champion - like a resume)
Users should be able to issue challenges to any other user, there could be 3 way challenges, etc.
The videos with the most votes should be displayed at the top of the category page, as well as on the homepage.
There should be various categories, such as dancing, singing, etc (I must be able to add new categories over time).
System must have an admin section for users (like youtube) where they can modify their profile and videos. They must also have to confirm an email address.
There needs to be plenty of space for advertising banners throughout the site. Must also be able to insert video ads before videos are played.
The site must produce links to the videos for users to place on other sites like myspace. They should be able to post a link to the "challenge."
If users post individual videos, there should be buttons like "challenge this person" or "challenge this video"
The homepage should have sections like "most recent challenges" "recent winners" etc.
This is a fairly simple project so bids below $300 will also be considered.
