NetBeans platform application

Port [TaskJuggler][1] GUI application v2.4.3 which is a KDE application to NetBeans platform. The new NetBeans application will work with a command line tool (it is within *taskjuggler* subfolder of TaskJuggler sources). I.e. the application generates a project text file .tjp, calls *taskjuggler* command-line tool and shows the results in NetBeans platform GUI application.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? :

a) A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Java platform, development can be done on Linux platform using Linux-compiled taskjuggler command-line tool.
