Build my website and promote it

I need someone to build and a optimize a website to sell a nutritional product and business opportunity. Also to submit to search engines. In addition to the agreed upon bid price I will pay 50% of upfront commissions forever, from all sales the site generates, either directly or indirectly. Just to let you know I am also looking for someone to help me promote Coastal Vacations. I have a new movie site ( [url removed, login to view] ) that may not be search engine friendly so perhaps a new site should be built and the movie can be linked...

Anyway the same amount of $50 (max) and also I can pay 50% commissions for all sales (normally $500). Tracking of prospects who visit the site and watch the movie from that site must be done because I am also advertising the movie alone and I need to be able to know when to pay out your commissions. The basic level 1 package sells for $1295 for which I receive $1000 and will give you $500. Possible level 2 or 3 sales can also be made but those are rare. If they are you will still get 50%.

I have no problem paying out 50% indefinitely as long as sales are made from your efforts. This is separate from my Eniva bid but please let me kn ow asap if interested.

As for the Eniva bid request I will make a decision within the next couple of days.
