Hello, I'm looking to recreate from another wordpress template with a few minor changes. The template I wish to create can be found at www.sproutedkitchen.com. I am not very knowledgable about Wordpress, I just need some design changes and the ability to customise it myself if needed in future. I don't think this will be too difficult, and I have all the fonts, colours, design logos etc ready to put in to the template.

I'm sorry to keep changing my brief but as I mentioned I'm not very familiar with Wordpress vs CMS etc.
Our website will need to work in with our facebook, twitter and youtube accounts. There will be a lot of youtube video content so the website needs to be capable of dealing with that. With that in mind, please let me know if you can propose the best format (Wordpress, CMS, HTML or whatever it may be). Please go to www.sproutedkitchen.com to see the website I want mine to look like.
