Hyperlinks added to web pages

This is a simple job for any html developer with a little knowledge of php.

I have around 140 links I need added to 30 web pages.

Each link can be added with simple html code at the very bottom of the page, no special styles or design needed.

I have around 60 links I need added to 15 Tumblr blogrolls.

Each tumblr link can be added to the blogroll through Tumblr's interface.

I will provide a spreadsheet listing each web page with the anchor text and URL of each link to go on that page.
