Creating CP for Streaming and Video conference

We have launched streaming server. We want the CP for streaming and video conferencing with the facility to create user ID, password and also create pages for closed streaming. There will be 2 types of streaming, one open and another closed where the viewers are required to login with their given user ID and password. Same way we need control panel for the video conferencing where we can create Rooms, Users and their password. We also need the viewer’s page to be redesigned which is flash-based.
