I would like to develop a website that is geared towards the automotive industry. I live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean and I want this www to be specific only to consumers living here. I do however want to be able to use this www in other Caribbean Markets so the www must also be country specific. There is to be no e-commerce related transactions on this site.
The concept (without giving out too much trade secrets) is to list new and used vehicles from the dealers here. All brands are to be listed with video, pictures, testimonials, technical specs and so forth. Prices for vehicles can only be seen by potential consumers once they register with contact details and obtain a username and password. All enquires by consumers are to be forwarded to subscribing dealers electronically automatically.
Once leads from the www result in actual sales, the dealer must pay a commission to me. So the www must be able to generate reports that detail, among other things, leads sent to the various companies and whether or not they resulted in sales. How is this to be tracked? Your thoughts are required but perhaps by chassis number etc.
The www must also have a service appointment booking facility once the dealers become subscribers? to my service.
Last, we must be able to have paid for advertising via banners and this must be easilly changed.
