We have a UK ecommerce site which launched in January this year, we have setup Facebook, Twitter and Youtube pages. Our brand uses fictional cartoon characters and we wanted to run a competition to obtain new fans. The idea of the competition will be to design a pet as the new member of the family. Our aim is to obtain 5,000 UK based fans that are over 18 as they need to be targets that may eventually purchase from our site. We are looking for an individual / agency to promote this competition and ask people to submit designs by the end of April when we will be judging and announcing the winner end of May who will be able to choose from a selection of prizes. Once we have achieved an extra 5,000 fans we will close the project as complete and make full payment to the contractor. In your submissions please confirm how you would go about marketing this along with techniques you will AVOID so not to annoy Facebook.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
