Community/Membership Site needed

hi, I am after someone to build me a community/membership site. I don't really care how it's done, I'm not a technical person, as long as it gets done well, I'll be happy :) I want the site to be free at first, then a paid site after a certain period of time. Here are some of the features I want it to have: A simple sign up process with option to send email to msn/gmail/aol etc contacts upon sign up. Each user will have their own profile that they can fully customise and add their own stuff. They will also be able to plot their progress on a graph (fitness related). A points system would also be very handy. ie Users get points for participating in the forum, inviting friends, making comments etc etc, and they get rewards for a certain amount of points. It needs to be flexible, I may want to add stuff to it in the future. Be able to post welcome comments when new users join up (automatically). Be able to connect people who live in the same city or location. Users should have their own blogs attached to their profiles. They should be able to promote their profile with in built links and banners. The profiles need to be customisable and be able to add heaps of different things. Like goals, recent activities, stats etc etc. I will also need to be able to add lots of content and web based software things into the site, accessable only by members. You will need to have msn messenger so we can easily communicate about what is involved, as I imagine getting the details right is going to take a little while. Cheers and thanks for bidding!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
