Custom Minecraft Server List voting bot

I am looking for a bot to vote on top minecraft server lists:

[url removed, login to view]

It Will have to take proxy ip's from a top proxy list then de-cpatch the cpatcher:

[url removed, login to view]

then vote on all 4 voting sites, the links will have to be stored in a .txt file or a mysql database either or.

Then will change ip after voting on the links,

however it would need to have a configuration to how many votes per day, so you can increase it each day etc. to aviode it being to obvious, when proxy voting ;)

It also needs to be coded in php or c as i needs to not be buggy

I will need it done in a short space of time and to be hosted online or able to run on mac.
