Easy Website Design

HI,

We are looking for someone to create a nice site for us. We have a sample image that we have attached. This image represents what we are "thinking", but not necessarily "exactly" what we want. It is only an idea. Please feel free to give us feedback. Thanks,

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I'm looking for several things in this site. Some of the different pages will be the following:

-Home page

-Funeral Chat (online chat room)

-Win Now (enter drawing to win a prize)

-Survey (take a survey)

-News (allows us to enter news events)

-Funeral Home Directory: (we have a list of 21,000 funeral homes that we can upload)

-Featured Website: a list of featured websites

-Frazer Funnies: This will be a page with several comics that we have produced

-Log-in screen - This will allow them to use the funeral home lookup feature and also see prices on some of our products. They will also have to log-in, in order to use the chat feature.
