Document Management Script CMS

This is simple document management system script (upload and download file like excel pdf etc to&from the sever). If you have done CMS previously this project would be easy for you. The only difference is different group of user have different access level.

Read the and see the attach "zip". It has two document and two prototype pages so you can a idea about the project. The reason i say initial so you can have a idea what my client is looking for. Requirement may change and you should willing to do whatever I suggest.

The clients have a web hosting service on a window server. But if Unix or Linux server would be better its ok with us.

Rules of BIDS.

1. Daily Updates: I need daily updates so I can suggest if you are doing something wrong or way I want the script to be. MSN or AIM

2. Payment in two parts thru RAC

a. 50% payment: When script is delivered

b. 50% remaining payment: After testing done on our own server (1 week period). So if we find any bugs you can fix it.

NO INTITIAL UPFRONT PAYMENT

3. If you incorporate or use third party script software etc you have to take my permission.

4. You have to sign a contract assigning all the right and ownership of the script to my company.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
