I need the developer to upload the binary file of mytime iphone/ipad version at itunes connect

The ultimate scope of work for the developer is to to be able to place a fully operational mytime at appstore for iphone/ipad download

per apple procedure: it can be uploaded using xcode or application loader

both this software is a free download from apple but it will only run with OS x computer in other words just apple computer.

I'm hesistant to pay upfront via paypal unless they can prove that they can do it. if they want I can create a milestone at freelance. or you can assure them that i am a fair employer and pay for delivered working products.

I rented a macintosh cloud I can give them access if needed it is like remotely accessing a macintosh pc it comes with xcode software but it is slow and it can only be used 3 hrs per day

I need this completed within 24 hours
