Add ajax or jquery functionality to existing photo gallery

I have an existing photo gallery that I would like to make more user friendly by making them work through lightbox type of wizard. All functionality and databases are already in place I just need the ajax or jquery functionality. If you would like to see the existing system it is live at [url removed, login to view] If you sign up you can see how you receive full admin rights over your images. Try uploading a photo or two and see how I am looking to make that the ajax wizard. As for viewing the images I would like to add a comment system to each pic, and when the thumbnail is clicked I want the image to show up on a lightbox type of view. The lightbox should have the option to delete the image or set it as the main profile pic.

My budget is a max of $250 dollars.

I do not want a whole new gallery system. The system has been created already. You can see it in action on my website of www.unlabled.net. I am just looking for a it to be turned into an ajax/jquery program. I have uploaded some pics to my site to show you what I am looking for. Try the system on my site and look at the pics to see what I need done and them contact me. Please don't show me your ecommerce site's saying I can do this for you. I'm not making an ecommerce site yet.
