Simple PSD TO HTML job

Hello,

i need someone who can take the attached PSD file and turn it into HTML page.

the final result should be this:

[url removed, login to view]

(what you need to turn into HTML is JUST THE SETTINGS PART).

the left is a HTML FORM (you need to make text on input on some gray color so it will look good, and make save changes button work).

the right are links (only the blue ones), you need to make it in a way that i can remove/add blue boxes.

as this is a very easy job and will take you about one hour i'm willing to pay 10-15$ for this.
