.NET Development of a video booth with animated overlay

Video booth with a few features:
1. Select out of three videos (all three buttons)
2. Live feed from camera, showing the person in front of the camera and then an animated overlay. Push a button to start a countdown so that people can prepare, record a video of the animated overlay (.gif or a .png sequence) and the live feed for 5 seconds + a snapshot, proceed to next screen
3. Stitch the 5 second video together with music (always the same song), show both the picture and the video for preview. Have a button to retake (goes to first screen) or continue and send to email.
4. Screen where one puts their name, phone number and email (email should include "@" and "." to be valid), accept (a tick box) the terms and conditions and send the email.
5. Email should be sent from an office365 account within a template.
6. Return to main Screen.
Graphics, assets and template for the email (sliced) will be provided.
