PHP Symfony Framework Developer Required

I have required a php developer for my website I have already written all the detail here it is.

Original scope information with my questions in bold:

- Browse Feature to browse all team pages - See below answers for more:

- Blog Page - Connected to an existing external blog feed or new blog built via site framework?

- More Teams displayed on front page under recent fundraisers -- Is this just a section you cannot edit so we're adding recent teams for you? Would you like this to be converted to a CMS system you can update?

- Widgets for teams to embed on their website. (shows how much they have raised, their goal and how much time left and has a donate button which then takes them to their teambank page.) -- Will you design and send the look and feel for this? When can you send if so?

- A section on the team page that boldly shows how many times a team page has been shared -- Will you design the look for this layout? Send as soon as you can if so.

- The ability for teams to put videos on their team page. -- What other content management actions do they currently have? Need to get in back-end to review for this.

- An update to the design of the top half of the home page. -- Can you describe what changes you see happening? Only to the main slider area or navigation bar too? Anything that would affect other pages?
